Upper images, mycelial morphology of both strains cultured for 24 h in an Erlenmeyer flask. Lower images, the hyphae of both strains cultured for 10 h observed under an inverted microscope. Conidia (1.0 × 105/mL) of each strain were inoculated into 50 mL of YPD (2% peptone, 1% yeast extract, 2% glucose) medium in a 200-mL Erlenmeyer flask and rotated at 120 rpm at 30 °C
