Pringles™ and NIST RM 8492 extension rates are well correlated (R2 = 0.93, n = 3). The x- and y- components of each data point indicate the mean radial extension rate in millimeters per day for a given organism grown on NIST RM 8492 versus the mean radial extension rate of the organism grown on Pringles™, respectively. Replicates were grouped by substrate batch number. Error bars indicate the standard deviation in the x- and y- axis. The black line indicates the linear regression model with corresponding 95% confidence interval (shaded black)
